Really Disappointing

It’s 2015, and this game looks as if it were released in 1999. There is no reason for a game who’s name is a portmanteau of “Simulation” to be a cartoon with no earnest attempt at versimillitude.

SimCity 4000, and even 3000, were far more realistic.
